Demo requests

When you request a demo, we collect your name, email, school or organization, product interest, and any optional role or message you include. We use those details to respond, coordinate a conversation, and understand what you want to explore.

Demo inquiries are stored privately and made available to our administrators. In a local development preview, requests are saved locally and are not sent to the team.

Workspace access

The workspace uses a sign-in session to identify your account. Your administrator determines which school rosters you can access. Your browser also keeps workspace progress for your current session.

Service providers

The hosted website uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for account and database services. These providers process information needed to operate the service. If you open an external booking calendar, that provider’s privacy practices apply.

Questions and requests

You can use the demo request form to ask about your information or request that we remove a previous inquiry. Please avoid including sensitive athlete information in public inquiry forms.
